I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Grace—a spiritual strategist, mystical resiliency advocate, and alignment muse—here to walk beside you as you remember and express the essence that’s always been yours.

After two decades of leading resilience-based work in the nonprofit, mental health, and wellness sectors—supporting those on the front lines of human suffering—I stepped away from career-defined titles to listen more deeply. What emerged was not a plan, but a pulse. I began walking toward what felt most alive in me: the intersection of consciousness, creativity, and resilience. From that field, a new body of work began to form—curricula, practices, and frameworks that couldn’t be taught in any traditional setting. My co-creators and I call it C*SCHOOL. Alongside that emergence, another need surfaced: how to re-enter the world of contribution without shrinking. How to name who I had become—not through a resume, but through essence.

That’s when the Essentialis Vitae was born. This is my EV.

The EV is not a list of accomplishments. It is a mirror of becoming. A poetic, soul-aligned artifact that emerged from my own need to speak myself into the world with coherence, clarity, and truth. What began as a personal necessity soon revealed itself as a collective calling. In a time when so many are outgrowing titles, roles, and performance-based identities, I felt called to walk with others as they create their own EVs—living documents that reflect who they are, what they carry, and where they’re being called.
 
With grace, as Grace, this is my offering: to midwife the unseen, to help name the resonance, and to build a new kind of connection—one that begins not with credentials, but with essence.​ From this fuller expression, the quality and efficacy of our work, our offerings and contributions in the world can evolve.
